Education is the essential aspect of human live across the globe. Who we are, is not only shaped by the knowledge and skills we learn in classrooms, but also from the experience we gain in the normal course of lives. Our educations comes with use everywhere and all the places where we go. We use education while talking or gossiping with our friends, societies and relatives while talking on some serious issues like sports, politics, music etc. We use our learnt knowledge when we solve any academic problem, we use it when debating on any topic with family or in school competition. Education is the foundation of what we are, and who we are, because all decisions we made and will make depend on our thoughts and those thoughts are dependent on the knowledge we have (Prospects, 2018).

According to Lagemann, and Shulman, (1999), imagine the different world, where everyone is eager to learn something and to the extent that despite of gossiping on the lunch tables, people discuss books, and share new information. This view is ideal in imagination and it is impossible in the real word, as improvement is required in the education system. It has been observed that issues with the education underlies somewhere, along the human race lines that they forgot that getting knowledge in not only a mandatory process, but it is also an opportunity for opening and transcending the gateway towards better and comprehensive understanding.  

One of the crucial issue with the education is that people positioned it in the way schools view it. There are some common and general phrases among students are; “school is work and boring” “I do not like to go to school”. Such attitudes have direct impact on students’ effort for their studies. A student will work hard and dedicated towards studies when he/she does not consider as boring and takes interest in the home works. There is a great difference lie between listening and hearing, and in cases where students consider school as stressful and boring, than students will only hear what teacher is teaching rather than effectively listening it (Prospects, 2018). 

Schools are disciplinary, coercive and taught by various unmotivated professors, hence students consider “mandatory of attending schools” as icing on a cake. The system of schools and teachers control the different ways, system is operating, and things are running and leaving the little space for students to perform their own activities. Teachers are the only controller in deciding what to teach, how to teach, what to assign etc. It is necessary that students must be involves in making decisions related to how things should run and must create the comfortable environment so that it could be easier for them to learn (Kubow, and Fossum, 2007).

School is similar with the oligarchy, where students are populous and faculty is monarch. It must be the democracy, as students must have say in what is happening and how well the students interest is consider in making decisions. To make the economies, societies and people educated, it is necessary to develop the interest of the students in education rather than creating education as burdens on them.
